Challenge
A premium aesthetic clinic in Ratchaprasong was running entirely on LINE and Instagram DMs. No website, no online booking system. Every appointment had to be scheduled manually through LINE replies — and every message that came in after 8 PM went unanswered until the next morning. Patients were choosing competitors who had actual booking systems. The clinic director called three Bangkok agencies. The cheapest quote was 40,000 THB with a 6-week timeline and 2,500 THB per month mandatory hosting. The premium agencies started at 80,000-150,000 THB — and that was just the base price. Bilingual content was 25,000 THB extra. Online booking integration was another 35,000 THB. A before-and-after gallery with admin panel was quoted at 18,000 THB on top. One agency estimated the final cost at over 220,000 THB once all the add-ons were included, with an 8-16 week timeline. Every single one built on their platform and hosted on their servers. Solution
