Automated Reporting
~144K THB/yr saved
We replaced a manufacturing company's entire manual reporting workflow — saving ~144,000 THB per year in staff time and ~400,000 THB per year in rework from reduced errors.

Outcomes
01
Report generation dropped from 3 hours to 3 minutes. Two staff recovered 31 hours per week.
02
Data entry and calculation errors down 68% — saving an estimated 400,000 THB/year in scrap and rework costs.
03
~144,000 THB/year in recovered staff time. Two employees got 15+ hours per week back for production oversight.
04
Management sees live dashboards instead of waiting for weekly email PDFs. Mid-week requests take zero staff time.
Challenge
Two operations staff at 30,000 THB per month each were spending over 15 hours a week pulling numbers from spreadsheets, formatting them into report templates, and emailing PDFs to management. That is roughly 12,000 THB per month in wasted labor per person. Numbers did not always match because different people pulled data differently. When management needed an updated figure mid-week, someone had to stop production oversight work to rebuild the report manually. According to DEPA, 69% of Thai manufacturers still run on siloed, manual systems exactly like this. Reporting errors were contributing to scrap and rework — a cost that runs 5-20% of revenue in manufacturing, according to ASQ benchmarks.
Solution
We built automated data pipelines that pull directly from their production systems, normalize the data, and populate live dashboards that update in real time. Scheduled reports still go out by email, but they are generated automatically with zero manual input. We added anomaly detection that flags numbers that look off before anyone sees the report. The whole system runs on n8n with a monitoring dashboard so the team can see exactly what is flowing through. Total implementation cost was less than 3 months of the staff time it replaced.
